When I went to his blog, although the design is great - there is this amazing gadget which pops up at the bottom of the page, full width, and has a very smart looking opt-in box in it. Very unobtrusive, but instantly noticed. See the opt-in box down along the bottom - it slides up to get your attention, and has a little ‘close’ button..
I think this is going to be the next craze for increasing Opt-ins - Graham Cox says it increases opt-ins by a whopping 249%!
