My most excellent buddy Ralph Bailey gave me a copy of this book as a gift - it’s phenomenal, and right up my street. Ricardo Semler - goes against the grain with uncommon strategies for uncommon results. Relinquish control, embrace democracy and dissention within your company.. question everything.. talk about challenging some established beliefs..
