This is an important aspect, especially if you have recurring payment type memberships, and Yaro focusses in on what the biggest cause of attrition is, and how to avoid it. I bet it’s not what you think it is.. it surprised me.

There’s a good guide on how much content to provide, the pace and amount, and the different formats that work well. Interestingly there is one good time when it’s ok to overload.. and of course, there’s the vitally important factor of providing content that members can act on - and get an immediate result - which increases confidence and creates that important sense of progress.
