Coaching is what makes my world go round. Always honing my craft, mastering the skills, and the constant search for the best and most effective tools - so that I can be the very best coach for you.
This is not another ideas site, with theories and principles. It's about what actually works, and it's built on my own and other people's real-life experiences.
If someone tells you there is a single methodology that works - question that. It appears that there isn't a single or 'right' approach that works across the board - we are all unique individuals, and what works for some doesn't work for others.
What works for us - depends very much on who we are, what our values are, and what our natural talents are.. it depends on our internal model of the world and how we experience it and respond to it..
Our success is inextricably linked to us knowing and being our true selves.
It's about expressing your natural talents - in a way which creates value for yourself and others.
And it's DIFFERENT for everyone.
Fortunately, we have ways of discovering our values and talents, and ways of aligning ourselves authentically to them.
